Incorrect Information

Whilst we at Red Gill do our utmost to ensure that listings are entirely accurate and correct, there may at times be instances where incorrect information is displayed. If this is the case then we will do our best to ensure that erroneous entries are corrected at the earliest possible time and that any issues arising from this will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. These are the steps we will take:

 

1) Description Mistakes - These will be corrected on our websites as soon as we are notified. If the mistake means that the product is no longer suitable for the purchaser then we will look for a suitable alternative or offer a refund and make arrangements to get the product back to us.

 

2) Pricing Errors - If we have made a genuine mistake and listed a product at an incorrect price that is below our cost, we will inform the customer immediately.  It is our intention to look after our customer in this situation although it may not be possible to sell it to them at this price. The customer also has the option to back out of the sale. This is in accordance with the Fair Trading Act.

 

Purchases

To make a purchase simply browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'My Basket' or a ‘Buy Now’ button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

There is no extra charge for credit card payment.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Times

Wherever possible we will attempt next day delivery, however please allow 2-5 working days.

Please note that although we are not responsible for items that are lost or delayed by the Post Office we will, in the event of confirmed non-delivery, replace the goods, but only 14 days after dispatch (Which is the earliest a claim can be made with the Post Office).


Tax Charges


The prices shown for all items are the final prices payable. All VAT due is paid by Sakuma before shipping, so the price listed is the only price payable. No further import duties or tax will be levied.

We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information if you prefer and we will certainly not pass your information onto any third party without your prior permission.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law.

We do not enter into purchase agreements with persons under the age of 18, you may purchase from redgill.co.uk but only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.


Payment details such as credit and debit cards are handled through the RBS WorldPay secure server. 

Guarantee


All goods returned to redgill.co.uk un-damaged and in the same state as sold will be refunded in full or exchanged as per our returns policy. 


Returns Policy

You may cancel an order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund should you wish. You will however, be liable for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a fault on the item. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect.* Faulty products must be received by us to be checked before replacement product is sent or refund applied.

*Clothing is an exception to this rule. In the event of an item of clothing not fitting we are happy to exchange for a different size, however as free delivery is given in the first instance only we must ask that postage back to us be paid as well as the return postage to the customer.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser card and cannot be transferred to a third party account.


Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at Office of Public Sector Information website.
